My Message
Over 15 years, I launched, grew, and sold an Internet business to a large private equity firm. The company, OnSIP, serves voice and video communications solutions to thousands of SMBs. With a background in consulting and an MBA, I took the lead in multiple critical areas at OnSIP, including:
- Business Strategy – Developed a successful business strategy and financial model.
- Finance – Built and led an entire finance function.
- Marketing – Envisioned and executed an industry-leading inbound marketing program.
- Business Development – Landed vital partnerships, including MSFT and Panasonic.
- Corporate Development – Led the entire process of selling the company.

Problem: Pre-launch, a founder needed a concrete market understanding and a refined customer target for a new SaaS product.
Solution: I created a market testing methodology to allow the founder to understand better who the earliest adopters of the product might be, the value perceived by those early adopters, and a strategy to reach them.
